The world of theater awaits! Start your journey in London with a walking tour that includes the notable Strand Theater and special tours of the Royal Drury Lane Theater and the National Theatre. Delve into Shakespeare’s world in Stratford with a detailed visit to the famed bard’s birthplace and absorb the essence of the English stage at an evening theater performance. Next travel to the Blenheim Palace and the Christ Church College in Oxford. Back in London you will take on your own theatre project and see several productions in the West End as well as in the Fringe theater. In addition to tours of the Tower of London, Westminster Abby, the theatre collection in the Victoria and Albert Museum and the British museum you will experience a workshop and tour of Globe Theater in London. A full 8 days of fun filled English history and theatre. 

Participants are welcomed to join with or without registering for academic credit.

Program fee of $2,337** includes: Round-trip airfare • Hotel accommodation • Ground Transportation • Some Meals

Schedule of payments and financial aid: 

November 6, 2009  - Nonrefundable administrative fee of $100 due to CIS 
November 22, 2009  - Full payment of program fee due to EF Tours

Matriculated students seeking financial aid to cover program cost must contact the Center for International Studies by November 13, 2009

To sign up:

1. Submit the Travelearn Participant Form, Travel Waiver, copy of your passport and $100 administrative fee by the deadline above.
            •     Matriculated Kean students seeking financial aid to apply towards program fees must complete and   
                  submit a Travelearn Financial Aid Contract in addition to the above documents.

2. Upon receipt of these documents, CIS will provide instructions on completing registration and payment.


3. If seeking academic credit, register for the Summer II semester by obtaining the permission code from the academic department and registering in KeanWISE.
